The Paradigm Shift Institute. (“Paradigm Shift Institute”) Web Site known as “Paradigm Shift Institute” is comprised of various Web pages operated by Paradigm Shift Institute.

The Paradigm Shift Institute Official Web Site and content contained therein (collectively the “Content”) is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Content constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

Paradigm Shift Institute will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

COURSES AND CERTIFICATES

Paradigm Shift Institute does not verify, vet, or guarantee that any participant of a course is qualified to take such course; and no refund will be provided in the event that a participant fails to properly satisfy themself of the appropriateness of a particular Paradigm Shift Institute Official course / class prior to enrolment. 

Paradigm Shift Institute Official courses / classes may provide for a certificate of completion, upon the successful completion of said course / class; and successful completion may require successful completion of an examination or test, in accordance with Paradigm Shift Institute’s program guidelines; all of which is at the sole discretion of Paradigm Shift Institute.

Paradigm Shift Institute Official course / class content, and any related completion requirements, are subject to change from time-to-time, at the sole discretion of Paradigm Shift Institute. No change in Content or completion requirements will entitle participants to a refund, except in the sole discretion of Paradigm Shift Institute.

USE OF COMMUNICATION SERVICES

The Paradigm Shift Institute Official offerings may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:

Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

Download any file posted by another user of a Communication Service that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.

However, Paradigm Shift Institute reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Paradigm Shift Institute reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Paradigm Shift Institute reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Paradigm Shift Institute’s sole discretion.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submissions, as provided herein. Paradigm Shift Institute is under no obligation to post or use any Submissions you may provide and may remove any Submissions at any time in Paradigm Shift Institute’s sole discretion.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submissions you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submissions as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

INDEMNITY AND RELEASE

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify and hold Paradigm Shift Institute and its affiliates and their officers, employees, directors and agents harmless from any from any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind and injury (including death) arising out of or relating to your use of the Paradigm Shift Institute Official Web Site, any Submissions, your connection to the services, your violation of these Terms of Use or your violation of any rights of another. If applicable, you waive any statue or doctrine which provides that: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his Favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor” or any similar or comparable statute or doctrine.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

Paradigm Shift Institute reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Paradigm Shift Institute Official Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

GENERAL

The service provided to the CLIENT is as per the program outline above. All information provided by the CLIENT will be kept strictly confidential. The CLIENT understands that coaching is not advice; psychotherapy or counselling and those professional referrals will be given if needed. The CLIENT enters into coaching with the understanding that they are responsible for following the teachings and creating their own results. 

 The CLIENT(s) agrees to the following:

Please make all appointments and calls on time. If you know you will be late, call or email ahead of the lesson start and advise. If you must miss a session, 48-hour notice is required to reschedule. Calls time can vary to suit different time zones. If you can’t make certain time, you can submit your questions. They will be answered, and you can catch them in replay.
Be honest and participate fully. Recognize that the coaching sessions are a confidential way to look at what you really want, and what it will take to make it happen.
Make a commitment to completing all your assignments and to the action plans you create, and do what you have agreed to do.
Coaching and program fees are collected before beginning the coaching/facilitation program. There are No Refunds. Due to the nature of the Program, you cannot receive a refund for the Program or any component event regardless of whether you attend the events or not. All funds will be deemed earned upon activation and access to the program for the CLIENT. Your access to coaching classes and access to Facebook group can be deactivated, if payments are not received on time.
You give consent to share your photo, your videos, wins or testimonies online with prospects unless agreed otherwise.
3 months minimum commitment and payment is required to start Quantum Leap Mastermind. There is no refund available once signed up
One month notice is required to cancel your subscription, should you want to cancel your subscription after 3 months period. Please send written notice to [email protected]
For Quantum Leap Mastermind 12 months lump sum sign up option with manifestation program bonus, there is no refund available nor any cancelation accepted prior to 12 months period.
